When requesting an order, you have agreed to have read & understood my terms and conditions.
My drawings are on a selection basis [this means I will choose what I want to draw, and that it is not first come first serve.*]
Illustrations can take up to a few months depending on what you are ordering. I do not accept deadlines.
Asking for updates is 100% ok, and encouraged. Preferably let me know upfront if you would like consistent updates or not.
I do not tolerate online abusive behavior.
I will not draw anything involving hate speech, racism, homophobia, or anything within said nature.
I do not edit pieces and create alternative illustrations.
I have the right to decline your commission.
As of 2023, your commissioned artwork may be used in my portfolio. I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Commissioner may post, upload, and use the commissioned piece in any way they want. Credits to the artist preferred.
Changing the character after I have started the sketch/linework will cost additional fees.
*Honestly this depends, I tend to have official openings as selection/forms but for quickburn pieces, they can be FCFS. I post openings like these on my alternative account, creaticlesion.

do not in any circumstance convert my artwork to an NFT or other cryptocurrency. Do not in any circumstance use my artwork for AI.
Do not repost my artwork without a link back to any of my social medias or this website.
You may use my OC artwork as profiles or banners as long as they are not commissioned pieces of my clients, or gifted artworks.
Clients can use my artwork however they wish; credit is appreciated if posted.

I will only accept payments in Paypal or Cashapp
I accept payment only upfront
I do not take holds for slots for people that have not commissioned me once or twice already
All payments must be in usd unless stated otherwise
Payment plans may be discussed depending on the type of commission
✦REFUNDS✦
You may only request a refund during the sketching stage. After that period, there will be no refund available. (Once I start the sketch.)
A full refund will be given if I have not started any progress on your order. If you request a refund during the sketch stage, I keep 15% ***of the original payment *** as compensation for the art I have already created, and you may keep any of the progress already drawn.
I am entitled to refund your commission at any time without clarifying reason.
